Production schedules are estimates only.
Delivery times may vary due to:

- National holidays
- Shipping delays
- Customs clearance
- Force majeure events
Chris’s Custom Clothing is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
6. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm that they own or have authorization to use all trademarks, logos, artwork, and designs submitted for production.
Chris’s Custom Clothing assumes no liability for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided materials.
7. Payment
Payment terms are specified in each quotation or invoice.
Production may begin only after the agreed payment has been received.
Late payments may result in production delays.
8. Warranty
We warrant that products will be manufactured according to the approved specifications.
Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund for verified manufacturing defects.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chris’s Custom Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
